TOSLINK into SPD/IF coax input

I am planning to buy a Resolution Audio Opus 21 that I believe only has coax input.

 

Is there any way that I can connect an Airport Express TOSLINK input into the Opus 21 through a converter of some sort?

Sorry to be thick, I cannnot seem to see a converter listed as one of their products. Could you point me to the right direction?

 

Any idea whether this conversion compares with direct connections, does it degrade the signal?

Wow, for $17 it would be foolish not to try it! I have my doubts about this converter's performance, but it may be worth a shot for some readers.

 

Steve Nugent's solution is the Pace Car. It's likely the best device around for this situation. It's quite a bit more expensive but you won't come in second place with this unit :-)
