He is just precise and accurate and let the music speak for itself. Paul Wertico on drums is a highlight for me. Mediocre SQ on this recording, though it does capture the feel of the room and crowd. * Cover photo shows LaSalle Street rather wet and dramatic, nowhere near the Green Mill but definitely Chicago.
