Booster MPS
@Nikhil Roy's contribution to the jazz world is really missed. Hardgroove was so fresh. Habana flipped it again. The quintet on Earfood is captured at the top of their game in a very well recorded live performance. Nikhil 1 Link to comment
HIFI
So . . . I was listening to the Charlie Haden & Pat Metheny version of song “Spiritual” and was reminded of another group that does this same song. Very spirit moving words .... performed by Midnight Choir My System : TWO SPEAKERS AND A CHAIR Link to comment

ted_b
+1 I cannot tolerate C&W...but I LOVE Gillian Welch. I've referred to her Time (The Revelator) and Harrow & The Harvest releases as masterpieces in my reviews and such. Anyway, saw her and Dave at Red Rocks last year and it was amazingly beautiful. rando
Thought this was interesting when I came across it. Couple weeks later curiosity got the better of me. 1982 German import CD (photo is from LP). @EuroChamp the redhead in back certainly looks bewitching enough she could've parked her broom next to the stage door. Brilliant performances by the band and Belafonte. The singing of Belafonte is absolutely fantastic.
