sphinxsix
Probably my personal no1 jazz (?) discovery of the past year. Some IMO really fresh sounds. mkrzych 1 Link to comment
Popular Post Melvin
I heard about this talented singer-songwriter only recently. Along with Dylan (his inspiration) I hear an essence of Tracy Chapman in his vocals. Kenyan-born and self-taught, he's living the American dream. Highly recommended for those who enjoy folk/Americana. 89reksal and Jud 1 1 Link to comment

This is another work I saved for reaching the age of 50. It was worth the wait. Especially considering this incredible performance/recording didn't exist when I was young haha! Paul R
Another old favorite. DES 18073 needle drop. Amazing, this is from 1977, and sounds better than a lot of the music produced today. Good old fashioned music. Nothing jaw dropping, just a lot of fun. Great bass and drums on this oldie but goodie too. Standout tracks for me are Raised on Love, and Nostradamus. Stage door is probably the most popular track from this album. -Paul Anyone who considers protocol unimportant has never dealt with a cat DAC. Robert A. Heinlein Link to comment
