When locals up here use the word frigid and Will Steiger starts doing substantially lengthy segments on local newscasts you can take that mean a high of no better than -30 F. For the 7, 8, and 9, I also love the BIS recordings with Claus Peter Flor and the Malaysian Philharmonic.
