Thanks! Just bought the album (24/96 download). Also bought Annie Fischer (Beethoven, piano sonatas). I like the way this thread make me spend my money 😛

what do you think of the Abbado/BP recording? (I never heard the Abbado/CSO recording, but I'm familiar with the MTT-recording, and the Abbado/BP).

I gave only Contrapunctus 2 a listen. I compared it with Nikolajeva (Helsinki recording), Hewitt and Nosrati. One track is not the album. But if you like Bach, there are imho better options.

This has imho nothing to do with Scarlatti (not that familiar with Tchaikovsky). YMMV of course.

A very long time ago, when cd's, mq-something, spotify, etc., did not exist, I was "between two jobs"... but every month I bought two albums. Mostly jazz and soul. This was one of them, brings back memories...
