JR river remote control

firstly, thanks for all the advice I got on here to use JRiver with ALAC files, its is up and running aeat.

 

I was also happily using J River MC v15 with the remote app GIZMO using my android phone. All was well until the phone stopped connecting to the JR MC, I keep getting the message "on the bus" and it is asking for a user name and password. The access code is correct. I understand from JRiver support centre that I should enter my server in the network media area and put in a password and username. Trouble is I dont know how to do this? I am not geting any further advice from JRiver. Everyone one on here has always been very helpful so I am hoping you can point mein the right aea to resolve this issue.
