Phil Bishop
I am sure many of you will know this already, but Amazon has a "new and used" section and the cheapest used CDs can be ridiculously cheap - I have picked up great albums for 1p and 49 p recently. Now, of course, these CDs are often a bit tatty, scuffed, etc, but the beauty with Computer Audio Systems is this does not seem to matter - with error correction they import flawlessly. Also, one does not have the tatty cases hanging around with a Computer System. Ebay is another great source as well - my music purchases just get cheaper and cheaper! Phil Link to comment
The Computer Audiophile
Agreed! Who cares about the tatty cases once the music is on the hard drive! Founder of Audiophile Style | My Audio Systems Link to comment
machinehead
www.half.com is another good source. Jeff \"It would be a mistake to demonize any particular philosophy. To do so forces people into entrenched positions and encourages the adoption of unhelpful defensive reactions, thus missing the opportunity for constructive dialog\"[br] - Martin Colloms - stereophile.com Link to comment
