Uvidus
Hello all, I tried searching the forums but I see nothing related so here goes: Since recently I do not get sound output from the boss 2 player (dietpi). I tried reinstalling the dietpi-os (clean install), but no change for the better. When streaming spotify (raspotify), there is no sound output and after 10-20 ish seconds the player on my phone skips to next track and so on. BH_Solly
I'm having the same problem with Moode Audio 8.3.1. On the Moode forum the developer's theory is that the Boss doesn't support the kernel Moode has been upgraded to support. I'm having to downgrade my version of Moode in order to use my player. I've barely had it for a year and hoped it would have a longer life. Link to comment
dom_s
Thanks for posting this, I have the same issue. Audio out of the Allo Boss 2 doesn't work with the latest version of RPi OS. I can confirm reverting to the old kernel as outlined here does work and audio outputs correctly. Link to comment
