asking for opinion about Lab12 integre4 MK2

hi guys,

does anyone have any experience with Lab12 integre4 MK2 , its a hand made 70W/C class a tube (KT170) integrated amplifier built in Greece.

i heard a lot of good things about it  but i never had the chance to test it my self, i can get it with a great discount but wondering what are my other option for a good  class A Tube amp in 3000-5000$ range.

also i don't have any tube experience, can this amp drive 86/88 db speakers with just 70 watts of power?

how does this compare to my other amps? i have musical fidelity m5si and Taga HTA 1000 (hybrid).
