miduh
I have the dt 990 pro 250 ohms, i also have a focusrite scarlett 2i2. It has only a little difference of volume, i increased the knob volume of 20% up and its fine The scarlett 2i2 recommend to use a pair of headphone with 200 ohms If i had a scarlett 6i6 or 8i8, or maybe i had a headphone amp, i could perceive some frequencies than actually? In a nutshell: The impedance problem could cause only a volume problem? or maybe it will make some frequencies more hidden or something like that? Link to comment

miduh
for me they are good for now, I'm afraid that unlike someone who has a sound card that supports more than 250 ohms can hear better than me, maybe my ears won't let me know Link to comment

The headphone impedance matters more for dongles which rely on cellphone/ DAP battery power Regards, Dave Audio system Link to comment
miduh
so this sound card uses 100% the potential of these headphones? Link to comment

Topping is quite popular for budget conscious headphone users seeking a better DAC/amp combination Regards, Dave Audio system Link to comment
