Support for Allo products?

Hi all,

 

I’ve posted on here about a problem I have with a Digione Signature. I’ve heard nothing back, despite the Allo website stating: “You will be directed to ComputerAudiophile where we have centralized our support center”. I’ve used their Contact Us form, which told me I’d be contacted within 48 hours, but heard nothing.
 

Does anyone know how to get support for Allo products?

 

Selling them without it is poor practice at best, and I’m sure it wouldn’t do the excellent reputation they have for audio quality any good if it became common knowledge that consumers are on their own if anything goes wrong, so I suspect I’m just asking in the wrong places, but don’t see any other options.

Seems they have stopped responding or even visiting this site. I've sent multiple messages and gotten no replies. Haven't seen a sign in from their latest account (they have several) in over a month. 

 

At this point I will spend my money elsewhere (as my USBridge no longer boots) rather than try to get it working again.
