This is a flagship R2R DAC from McIntosh (based on PCM1704 chip, same than the one used in the 130,000 kr Naim ND555/CD555 flagship digital source). All the other McIntosh DACs moved to ESS chips (ie delta sigma) afterwards.

Fully balanced with variable output (can be used as preamplifier) or fixed output.
