9/10 because it is "preowned" but looks like new (see photos).  No blemishes/scratches, etc.  Works fine.  Purchased in December.  Selling because a newly purchased Grimm MU1 does everything I need.   [NOTE:  previously posted this with an etherREGEN, which is now sold]

 

I'm the original owner.   Original packing materials.  No manual since none was included in original purchase.  

 

Teddy Pardo is 12 v, has one output, and includes a nice DC power cable to connect to an etherREGEN or similar device (device connector is 5.5 mm X 2.1 mm).  A truly excellent LPS for the etherREGEN.   Does not include power cord to connect TP to the wall (original purchase did not include one).
