Shanti buzz

Hi I have a Shanti with this very annoying buzz or hum, you can hear it in a quiet room of up to 1 meter.

Is Shanti constructed in this way. None of my high quality audio product produces this hum or buzz.

I also have other linear power supplies that are dead silent.
Are there more people who have experienced this who think it is a problem?
