New Shanti not working

Hello,

I just plugged in my brand new Shanti (Order #12924 placed on Feb 24, 2022), and it appears to be dead on arrival.

Neither power output has any voltage. My DigiOne is working fine with the stock RPi power supply, so it's definitely an issue with the Shanti unit.

Can you please check the FUSE status. 

 

FUSE is near to AC power cord ,you need to remove using some needle

 

 

 

If FUSE is blown ,one additional FUSE is added inside ,please replace it with that and check

HI I have a shanti with a very annoying hum, it is this in order?? I thought this was a low noise equipment, how can I fix this?
