New MiniBoss Player Plus power supply flashes when plugged into amp

Hello,

 

I recently picked up a MiniBoss Player Plus.

 

When I plug the power supply into the device, the light on the power supply (and amp) starts flashing. I was able to hear some audio output, but it doesn't sound right, and there is a popping/cracking/fading in and out that correlates to the flashing LED's.

 

I've tried a few different outlets and observed the same result.

Which power supply you are using ? Forwarded PM also please check
