USBridge Sig Clean USB not working

Hi, my USBridge Sig clean USB is not recognised by my DACs connected via USB cable. An Audioquest Dragonfly does work on that port. All work ok on front USB Wifi/BT ports. Have tried multiple cables and ropieee, moode, and volumio.

Any advice on troubleshooting software or hardware?

Thanks,

Can you please connect you DAC to CLEAN USB port and then login to the player through ssh and share below command result. Forwarded PM also please check

aplay -l   (Lower case of L)

lsusb

lsusb -t

Think I have the same issue.  USBridge Sig has been working fine for months then suddenly stopped recognising anything pugged into the "clean" USB port.

Can you please connect one keyboard to front CLEAN (Back USB) port and check LED on key board (Num lock or caps LED) is glowing or not - just to check power coming on port or not ,Forwarded PM also please check

Thank you Allo, they sorted me out - it was a faulty "clean" port.  Now working off a "dirty" port.  Based on very limited listening time, I would agree the ports sound the same.  I'll have to say the USBridge Sig sounded a lot better than a laptop I was using for testing.
