Digital only record label?

I have been chasing an "album" that iTunes basically dropped from it's list. It is still on Spotify, so I am listening to it now. Searching for the record label has been very frustrating. The only info is the copyright label which is "©2016 U-5." In other forums I have posted a comments about this aloof album, "Jazz for a Long Winter's Night."
