christopher3393
" "The cover for Nevermind, a 1991 Nirvana album that is said to have helped redefine rock music, features a naked 4-month-old baby in a pool, appearing to swim after a dollar bill that's pierced with a fish hook. That baby — the now 30-year-old Spencer Elden — is suing Nirvana for child exploitation and pornography, saying the band knowingly distributed the naked photo of Elden as a baby and profited from it." Article ( a number of news outlets have picked up this story) ..but then there's this article from 2016: Nirvana’s Iconic ‘Nevermind’ Cover Baby Poses Again for Album’s 25th Anniversary from article: " “I said to the photographer, ‘Let’s do it naked.’ But he thought that would be weird, so I wore my swim shorts,” Spencer, who sports a “Nevermind” tattoo across his chest, told the New York Post. “It’s cool but weird to be part of something so important that I don’t even remember.” " He has previously recreated the Nevermind album cover for the record’s 10th and 15th anniversaries." “I always say, ‘[My penis has] changed, do you want to see it?’” Elden told CNN in 2011. hmmmm....maybe the image on the album cover was prophetic? sphinxsix 1 Link to comment

Society and the law enforcement community determined decades ago that the cover was acceptable. Just as they determined centuries ago that certain nudes that hang in The Louvre are acceptable sphinxsix 1 Link to comment
