Digione Signature Player - connecting both out puts and getting no sound from BNC/RCA output

Hi:

I use a Harman Kardon Signature 2.0 Preamp to connect Digione Signature Player in my system.  I have noticed that any thing encoded in MQA or resolution higher then 96 does not play in my system. I had bought the BNC to RCA adpater for the other output and have tried using that to an analog RCA in the HK. The RCA in is tied to a different source such as TV in the HK or the SPDIF from Allo is connected to my CD source.  I do not get any sound out of the BNC/RCA output.  Any ideas on this issue.
