JoeWhip
As I noted above, the DXD and DSD downloads are NativeDSD exclusives. Link to comment
Popular Post JoeWhip
Interestingly, Ulricke commented on that during our interview. Nonetheless they produced a DSD 1024 version. I would hope it comes with its own hard drive. 😀 The Computer Audiophile and miguelito 2 Link to comment
JoeWhip
I don’t play DSD natively as my DAC doesn’t support it so I convert all of my DSD to PCM. The recording was made with DXD so that would have the best fidelity. You can always convert that to DSD if you want. LoryWiv 1 Link to comment

JoeWhip
I am glad people are enjoying the album. It is a spectacular release. As for the recording chain and mixing console, I think Jim covers that in the zoom call. Link to comment
JoeWhip
I have the actual master. I will have to snag a 24 bit sample to see if I can hear a difference. I probably won’t be able to. Link to comment
JoeWhip
Yes, my software sends the DXD files at 32/192 to my DAC. The 24 /352.8 would be sent at 24/192 so I can’t imagine being able to hear a difference. Link to comment
