Yeah, this is really interesting. @Archimago or @pkane2001 do you guys have any idea about this?

Hard to tell but likely an artifact of
DSP processing during capture/processing or some noise recorded from an external device (alarms, certain video devices, etc.) The fact that there are two such lines at non-harmonic frequencies makes an external source less likely.
