Allow USBridge Signature player and Volumio

Recommended Posts

I bought my player with Volumio installed, but couldn't update Volumio to get Tidal Connect, as I see others are experiencing. I reflashed my card to the latest version of Volumio and got Tidal Connect, but I'm getting popping sounds with my Topping D90MQA dac. Do I need to do the asix driver update(I'm new to pi, so I'm a bit unsure exactly how this all works), or get the Allo specific Volumio image originally supplied and update Volumio another way?

Please login to volumio through ssh and update the Asix driver.

Please follow the steps below and reboot the player

cd /usr/src

sudo wget http://3.230.113.73:9011/Allocom/USBridgeSig/install.sh

sh install.sh

And reboot the player

You can refer below document link for volumio ssh access

Hi there,

I got the same problem...USBridge Signature with Volumio to Topping E50. Clicks and Pops on HighRes Streaming...very disapointing :(

Firstly, thank you so much for offering a solution :)

I am a total noob to raspberries and please could somebody explain to me what to do exactly...you know, a step by step like you would explain stuff to your dad.

For example...through ssh...cd/usr/src...i got no idea how to deal with this info

Thank you so much
