Alexo
Hello, I just received one Boss 2 player and I'm waiting to received speakers to finally use it. In the meanwhile I installed the latest Moode version and measured idle power consumption, Nirvana power supply included: the result was a little less than 6w. This is not a great value, if the device remains always on every day and night. Do you have any suggestion to limit the power consumption that is not "sudo halt and unplug it"? I already disabled little things as the Wifi and Bluetooth, but as expected the impact on consumption was very little. For example, would it be possible to use a cron job to enable/disable I2C interface? Any other idea? Thank you for your support Link to comment
Alexo
Self-update: seems to me there's not much that could be done, as the total power consumption (Nirvana + Boss 2 player) is 3.8w even when the RPI4 is turned off. Still would be glad like to hear your opinion on this. Regards Link to comment
