Antipodes CX not booting up

Hi guys, I sold an antipodes CX and EX to a friend. It was shipped in the original packaging through FedEx. He received it in perfect condition.  Upon arrival, the EX boots up and works fine. However the  antipodes CX server is not booting up. He says the orange light never turns to green light. Any thoughts  on what may be happening and how to fix / reset it? 
 

it was working perfectly fine when I shipped it.
