Allo Shanti humming

My new Allo Shanti LPS has developed a hum (3.5m away and clearly audible). Can anything be done to resolve this before I return the unit?

I had the same issue on my new unit.

Just alter position or orientation. Move the wires a bit etc. Somehow it stopped for me.

Just want to update that Allo reached out to me and offered a replacement. Very impressed with their service.

I've had exactly the same problem from purchase. I can hear the hum from 4m away even when on a sound dampening pad.
