Chario Aviator Cielo vs Spendor D7.2

I'm able to get either of these 2 speakers where I live for around the same price from different shops.

 

I quite like the sound of both I think but when I audition the Chario, it was hooked up to Rega Aethos which seems to limit the bass somewhat. The Spendor has got good details but also a bit tame on the bass. Has anyone did an A/B or comments on the sound signature of these speakers?
