Qhwoeprktiyns
Netflix series "Glitch", season 2, introduced me to Chladni figures. This short video gives examples, and I find it really amazing to watch. Here is some background on Ernst Chladni, who invented this technique, in the 18th century, and wrote about it in his book "Discoveries in the Theory of Sound" (which I have not read !): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ernst_Chladni#Chladni_figures Someone should come up with a music player that displays changing figures as the music plays (though you would have to pick a "dominant" frequency over a certain time interval).
