A scam operation is signing up for a massive number of accounts right now (currently over 500 accounts) and PM'ing people a link to a lottery scam. It's pretty sophisticated in that all the IP addresses, email providers, and countries of origin are different. I'm working on it now. No need to report anything. Think about it for a second. You don’t have to hack a site to send a message. I’ve removed all the PMs, so clicking on them won’t get you anywhere. After that, I could not retrieve the "new message" (it just was not there). A few minutes later, the notification reappeared so I could click on it, and it lead me to the same person I saw previously as having sent a new message. ... The message was old though, and I asked the person whether he knew something about it., with an answer of No. He also told that he received spam via PM. Just start typing and the available usernames will pop up. If you don’t care who it’s going to, as long as it goes to someone, then it doesn’t matter, just pick some names. Oh yes, we have invisible captcha enabled. Nowadays it’s never a bot. It’s groups of real people working in very low wage countries, being exploited by others, manually doing everything.
