Transport issue - shattered case

Dear Allo,

 

My Allo Volt Plus D just arrived and everything is working as expected. However, one of the sides of the chassis was found shattered into several pieces in the packaging. Instead of returning the entire unit for an exchange, would you please send me a replacement piece? The chassis seems less sturdy without this piece and both my cats as well as kid could poke inside the amplifier.

If anyone is curious, this was shipped by UPS within EU.
