Volt + D not powering up?

I recently got VOLT + D and when I plug it in I dont seem to see any board LEDs lit. The DC plug and attachment plug does not fit snugly into the jack. I hve checked the votage at the DC plug and it seems to be fine. But there is an issue powering the board. Have I been supplied the right DC plu attachement/accessory?

Here are the DC plug and the attachment plug that came with the amp. The black plug does not go into the jack at all. The green one goes in a bit but defintely not snug.

Yes ,GREEN DC barrel adapter is correct one only. Forwarded PM please check

Will close this out. There was an issue in the dc female jack in the board. I sent it back, got it fixed. Sounding good now.
