Linear power supply - Audio PC

I acquired recently an audio PC made by a company in the Netherlands. The pc is already about 4,5 years old and power is provided by a dual rail internal linear power supply (see picture below). One rail is providing a 12V to the motherboard and the second a 5v to the JCAT USB card.

In a recent discussion in another forum I was advised the power supply is not of good quality as it uses old LM317 regulators.  I wonder if changing the power supply would contribute to an improvement. I have been looking at this reference as a potential replacement but happy to get advice. Note that the toroidal transformer is 120 va ;
