Flash on power up of Volt+, now dead board

I recently purchased a Volt+, it worked great for a week, but today when I plugged it in there was small white flash near the DC inputs to the board, and now it's dead; no LED's, no sound.  I'm hoping this might be a resettable or replaceable fuse.  Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks.
