He sent it as I was responding to him saying it was sold and I instantly refunded it. It must have been a fantastic deal because Ken seems rather upset about missing out. Link to comment

My forewarnings had that in mind. In subsequent discussions with the seller, he explained the circumstances and apologized. Apology accepted as this was more of a simple mistake and I’ve made plenty of those myself.
