I’m using today an atx power supply to feed a server only (not player) and the impact of this atx is huge. Depending on the price not sure it would makes sense to me to invest. Perhaps more designed for people having a player/server based PC. Time and budget will tell 🙂

at this point of time, waiting for the netcard XE 🙂

 

anyway this is a really good move forward for audiophiles people. Congrats @Marcin_gps

I suspect it is because of the bypassing of the 400W HDPLEX DC / ATX converter. This would no longer be necessary with the Optimo ATX. I am very interested. 👍

Hello, i use my setup as a server and not player. Bypassing the dc/atx module (400 or 800w HDPlex) using the HDPlex 400w lpsu atx rail improved a lot the performance in terms of sound stage, fluidity and impact.

Your Teradak is an ATX power supply (3.3/5/12v) to power a motherboard without any dc/atx module ?
