Allo Mini Boss - not detected on i2s scan

Pi 3a running latest version of Volumio -

 

I2s scan - can’t see mini boss 

aplay -l

just returns the onboard Broadcom hardware

 

I has definitely worked - but not anymore.

how can I troubleshoot?

It is really frustrating that you do all this through DMs.

 

when I have a problem that someone else has had - I just find “Forwarded PM please check” - no help to anyone except the original poster...

My problems have not stopped - it is now detected by alsa. But there is no output...

Only power LED is on - led1 is off.

Where is the documentation - I should be able to solve this myself...

We have asked last time to share aplay -l command result and given one volumio link to flash and check through message.

 

We need to keep each customers track separately ,and we need to ask lots of questions so we are forwarding the messages.It will be easy to track and guide.
