DigiOne No sound

Hi, 

 

Just got a Digione.  Connected it to a Rpi 3B+ with Volumio.

I am not getting any sound. 

 

I seem to be able to connect, but no sound from my speakers.

 

I have a Peachtree Nova 150 Amp. The coax input has a Volume Bypass mode.  With the Volume Bypass mode off, nothing appears in "Output Device" other than "HDMI Out" and "Headphones".

 

With the Volume Bypass Mode on, "snd_allo_digione" appears. 

 

However, when I then select "snd_allo_digione" and then turn the "I2S DAC" on.  The entire Output Device dropdown disappears, and I am left with only "I2S DAC" and the drop down for the specific DAC model. 

 

I am using a "Regular RCA" cable vs a digital coax RCA.. I wouldn't think would have much of an effect. 

 

What am I doing wrong? Please help.

Update,

 

Restart seemed to solve the problem.  

 

All is well.
