JCR Chris was very fortunate that he asked us to assist when he did, because it was around the time that we possibly got one of our last shipments for that specific card. It may be possible to find a dwindling supply (if not completely gone) of our 2080 Ti XC Hydro Copper cards at one of our many authorized resellers, but RTX 2080 Ti cards are disappearing fast - and that's pretty much the case for every manufacturer. Graphics cards with pre-installed waterblocks are always sort of a limited run due to the lifespan of the GPU generation (out of our hands), and the need to correctly guess how many waterblocks to build at any point during said lifespan. Currently, we sell the standalone block here, so if you have a compatible graphics card model, you can replace the original stock cooler without voiding your warranty (you would just need to put your original cooler back on if you send it in for warranty). If you are looking for the next best replacement, you can go down a model to the RTX 2080 Super, where we do still have a couple options for graphics cards with a pre-installed waterblock. Yes, the inlets and outles should be in substantially the same place, but it's always possible a few small adjustments may be needed. The similar models to yours are the XC3 versions. We would recommend using the left side as the inlet (when looking at it straight on) for best performance and flow, but either side can be used as an inlet or outlet.
