AudioDoctor
I think that what's happening is there is some OS service/program that is either interfering or fighting with Roon for resources when it starts up periodically, and based on how much of that resource Roon is using, it either keeps going or crashes. I don't know how to explain it any other way. No electron left behind. Link to comment

I should clarify this, Roon Server was using more CPU only while downloading the song. After that Roon Server settles down. No electron left behind. Link to comment
AudioDoctor
Some of the OS that I am seeing pop up and using a good amount of CPU are Kernel_task, makes sense Backupd_helper, I have time machine disabled if that matters. Window Server mds, same as below? mds_stores, I think this is spotlight. Can I turn that off? mdworker_shared, same as above I think. No electron left behind. Link to comment
