Digione Signature nic not working

Hello,

I ordered my digione signature in march and the network card has stopped working. I was using a different SD card to the one i got from digione which i have reflashed but it did not fix the problem. i have also put in the original card you sent with Dietpi installed but there is still no network activity. Can anyone tell me how i can go about getting a replacement.
