Katana "Failed to open alsa device "hw:1.0"...

Hello

 

I've been using the Katana DAC with two 5V/3A power supplies and the sound was really good.

I try the triple power supply but it show the message "Failed to open "alsa" [alsa]; failed to open alsa device "hw:1.0": no such file or directory.'", the Micro Controller light was flash.

I check all the volt and jumper again and all is fine......

I found the the white color 5v connector ( Allo provided) was wrong connected the +- cable.

I fix it but got same message !

Is the katana board dead?

Can fix it or not?
