I have 2 of these great and now very rare Wall Plates.
These are left from a Distributor project.
They never been installed on the wall.
No box.

 

On one of them the holes were professionally adjusted to accomodate Furutech GTX-D NCF Receptacle. This one also have a small mark on the side.
The other one is like new with no marks.
