ASRMichael
Sean Is as great guy! Was over seeing him few months ago regarding another multi-rail DC3, before Covid-19 came along. My two DC3,s have 11 rails on total. Powering everything in my network chain for audio. He’s so helpful too! I just accidentally broke a capacitor off my Pink Faun usb card & he fixed it as a favour for me. Highly recommended Link to comment
ASRMichael
I've been wondering how far would the DC4 take the Chord Dave DAC & HMS ? Anyone planning this modification? @audiopop? Link to comment

The result is staggering and worth every penny. Rob Watts is being coy about a Dave 2 but really I don’t mind because the DC4 has taken my Dave into new territories. I am lucky that I also have a DC4 powering my MScaler but really I think I would prefer a DC4 driven Dave to a stock Dave with MScaler. Oh, and that was my thread on Wigwam. Sounds like Chord should get Sean to design their PSU’s! Chord rave about their SMPS technology, but clearly lacking behind.... Link to comment

It replaces 4 Farads in my system, and I was surprised to experience a decent increase in performance. Saved me a lot of clutter as a side effect. That's what I done lately, I now have 11 DC3 rails. Cutter free, well in relative terms!! Enjoy adamaley 1 Link to comment
