microRendu + TEAC UD-503, USB Unconnected

My system: microRendu (v2.8) + UltraCap LPS-1 power supply connected to TEAC UD-503 DAC using generic USB2.0 cable. Connected to network using generic ethernet cable.

I powered on my TEAC UD-503 this afternoon and got the following error: USB Unconnected!

I opened MySonicorbiter web page and my network player was displayed.

I clicked the Manage button and got the problem loading page error-the connection has timed out

I powered everything off and switched to a different USB cable: same USB unconnected error

I powered everything off, removed and replaced the microRendu microSD card: same USB unconnected error

Does anyone have additional troubleshooting tips?

Thank you for the tip.

Plugging LPS-1 charger directly into the Rendu worked.

The microRendu powered up and I am able to open the web page, update software, etc.

Please let me know if there are any steps to troubleshoot the LPS-1.
