I was offered an Innuos Zen Mk III as trade-in against an amp I no longer use and I am tempted to give it a try.
I currently use a NUC for server duties and I stream to an SOtM switch and endpoint.
I was wondering if anyone has experience in streaming from an Innuos server to an SOtM endpoint.
Particularly, I'd like to know:
1. if you can effectively connect the server to the switch (used as re-clocker in this array) from the clean Ethernet port of the Innuos and still connect to the network via the other port on the Innuos
2. if so, is it only through Roon, or can it can be accomplished in DLNA mode (or other modes) as well?
3. if so, do the controllers (i-peng etc) work as expected?
Please feel free to chime in with alternative scenarios.
