Innertuber
http://www.specialized.com/bc/SBCBkModel.jsp?spid=38440 On order. New device to listen to my iPod. I'm going to die splat like a bug. Tampa is so bike unfriendly. But it will be fun! Link to comment
The Computer Audiophile
You better use a solid state iPod so the spinning of a hard drive doesn't throw off your balance :-) Founder of Audiophile Style | My Audio Systems Link to comment
Innertuber
Never thought about the audiogyro effect! Always thought the room spun cause of martinis! Link to comment
Phil Bishop
Nice bike! The link did not work directly for me, but I assume the listening device you refer to is the bike I eventually got directed to? I don't tend to use my ipod when cycling in the UK - too dodgy! But I do use it when Nordic Walking (NW has not caught on in the UK, but I believe is big in US?). I wear a vest that has a pocket in the back where I stash my Nano and Graham Slee headphone amp. Then I wear Grado SR60s on my bald head. I know I look a complete idiot, but the sound is great, the exercise is great and I hardly know I am doing it - with my Nano on shuffle, I never know what it is going to throw up. Happy cycling and listening - look forward to your Mr Armstrong's return to Tour next year - some athlete! Phil Link to comment
