Marin Alsop also did a nice job with some of the Dvorak. I bought the 24/96 download with #6 just for the beautiful Nocturne. Thanks for the pointers. And I was being a tiny bit facetious, as I do like a couple of Shostakovich symphonies very much - the 2nd, and the 7th. I need to listen to more of them. I'm tempted to buy this one: but just comparing the 7th on this collection to the standalone release, it seems like the latter has better SQ.
