Still able to ship from France???

Can Allo still ship to European destinations from the warehouse in France?

AFAIK, that depends on the company, if it can still fulfil orders and send shipments.

 

Generally, parcel shipment from France to Luxembourg works fine. I received two parcels today which were shipped from an Amazon France warehouse (orders were made on Amazon Germany)

 

I have them shipped to a parcel box (as I always go) which avoids unnecessary human contact.

Hi, Does anybody know how long you have to wait when you order parts from allo.com?

I ordered 31.3. Digione Signature, Shanti and case, and my order still says "preparation in progress".

I see that "Due to Covid-19, shipping to all countries outside EU will be after 14th April", but I'm in EU.

I also tried to contact them the very same day I made the order, but I haven't recieve any answer yet.
