Recommendations: Bluetooth headphones with great isolation

My Sennheiser Momentums need to be replaced. I’m hoping for some recommendations:

 

- Bluetooth (latest codecs)

- Good isolation - Active noise canceling bothers my ears 

- Good sound

- Microphone for conference phone calls

- Under $300. If I can keep it cheap enough I am hoping to swing an Aeon Flow 2
